I steam it just li...Yeah...it's really good!!! I steam it just like cauliflower and the texture is like cauliflower, with a bit of broccoli taste. <br /><br />Mornay is just a bechemal (white sauce) with cheese dumped into it. To make about a cup of sauce...use a tablespoon of butter, melt is in a sauce pan and stir in a tablespoon of flour and cook the paste for a minute or two. Add a cup of milk and whisk like hell until it's nice and thick and bubbly. Add some mustard and a few drops of hot sauce and then a handful of shredded cheese and there you go.
